This Summer Great Yarmouth hosts a double bill from Jimmy Cauty. Last year 5000 people visited ESTATE, this year it is joined by ADP RIOT welcoming vistors to experince the two works together!
The Aftermath Dislocation Principle (ADP) is an artwork depicting a monumental post-riot landscape in miniature. This dystopian model village is set somewhere in Bedfordshire, where only the police and media teams remain in an otherwise deserted, wrecked and dislocated land – all in 1:87 scale and viewed through peepholes in the side of the container.
The ADP went on a nationwide tour of former riot sites across the UK during 2016. The ADP WORLD RIOT TOUR began in 2017 with a mission to visit every historic riot site in the world. This tour will continue until the end of time.
